Our method — from product sourcing to retail-ready delivery

Every retail goods project starts with understanding your product category, target market and brand requirements. Our team manages the full process — from identifying suitable products to supplier coordination, branding and delivery.

1. Understand & define

We define your product category, target market, price point and brand requirements to set a clear direction for sourcing.

2. Identify products & suppliers

We identify suitable OEM products and evaluate suppliers based on quality, capability and reliability. Our local team conducts on-site factory visits and audits to verify performance.

3. Brand, sample & approve

We coordinate private label branding, packaging and sampling. Samples are first reviewed by our local team and then approved by the customer before production.

4. Produce, control & deliver

We manage production and establish product-specific quality assurance in line with ISO standards. Through on-site quality control before every shipments and long-term supplier relationships, we ensure consistent performance and reliable delivery

Case – Pizza Topping Station

The customer wanted a rack to hold toppings when making pizzas. The final solution is a combination of OEM components (the bins) and product development (the rack).

Idea Blueprint

Based on this, we defined the product structure, dimensions and functional requirements as a foundation for further development.

Revised design

Our engineering team further developed and industrialized the design for production.
Standard components were sourced from specialized OEM suppliers, while custom parts were developed through contract manufacturing partners.

This approach enabled competitive pricing, efficient packaging and simplified assembly for the end customer.

In-store presentation

The final product was delivered as a retail-ready solution, combining design, functionality and cost efficiency, and was completed in just 1 month.

Presented in-store with strong visual appeal and clear positioning towards the end customer.
